
We all make decisions on daily basis. These choices shape our experiences and hence, irrespective I am a founder or an employee, staying intentional brings better engagement.
But most frameworks that guide us on “how to think or take decisions” don’t capture the reality around toxic cultures, politics, power dynamics, egos and hustle, that our working environments are filled with.
Coupled with the fact that we are rarely able to take out time to think deeply, most decisions are executed on borrowed thinking (precedence, peers).
I strongly believe that as leaders, it is essential to have a point of view or develop judgement that can guide our bets on people and opportunities.
To address this, I have been running ROUNDTABLE for a while. A small group (3 people), 30-45 min, virtually thinking together on a question in a structured way.
