I’m an HR professional with a strong foundation in People Analytics, Performance Management, and Talent Strategy—currently leading critical initiatives at Livguard, including PMS, LMS adoption, campus hiring, and organization-wide learning interventions. My journey into HR wasn’t conventional. After earning my MBA in HR from IIM Trichy, I took up a sales role at Axis Bank during the pandemic when opportunities were limited. What began as a constraint turned into a valuable learning experience. Those 20 months in frontline sales taught me how business works at the ground level—and today, that experience informs my HR decisions with a deep sense of commercial empathy and strategic alignment. Currently, I work at the intersection of data, people, and performance—using analytics to unlock insights, drive accountability, and shape the employee experience. I’m especially passionate about designing future-ready HR systems and helping organizations turn people potential into business performance.
