As a Mass Spectrometry Scientist with over six years of hands-on experience in QqQ and Orbitrap platforms, I’ve embraced the complexities of proteomics, metabolomics, and lipidomics and transformed them into opportunities for discovery and new developments. From my time as an Application Specialist and Bioinformatics Lead at Thermo Fisher Scientific, to my role as a Metabolomics Scientist at Elucidata, I’ve thrived on developing innovative solutions for data analysis, statistical workflows, and instrumentation. My experience spans multiple biological matrices, including plasma, serum, PBMCs, and extracellular vesicles (EVs), allowing me to contribute to meaningful research projects. Currently, I’m pursuing a Ph.D. at the University of Salzburg under Prof. Christian Huber, focusing on multi-omics characterization of extracellular vesicles using advanced mass spectrometry. My work in bioinformatics, data analysis, and system biology drives my commitment to advancing omics research and exploring its potential for scientific breakthroughs.
