I am a software engineer at P360, a leading provider of solutions for the life science industry, using Salesforce and Veeva CRM platforms. I have more than 3 years of experience in driving complex technical projects from planning to execution, delivering high-quality and innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes and customer satisfaction. In my current role, I have built an application to track patient journey in Salesforce Health Cloud, migrated projects from Salesforce CRM to Veeva CRM, and developed custom functionalities and enhancements for existing and new business needs. I have also maintained system security, integrity, and performance, and provided user adoption, training, and assistance. I am a Salesforce admin and a 3x Salesforce certified professional, with certifications in administration, platform development, and cyber threats and attack vectors. I hold a BE in computer science and engineering from Shri Ramdeobaba College of Engineering and Management, where I learned the fundamentals of programming, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering. I also have a diploma in computer engineering from Government Polytechnic, Arvi, and a certification in yoga teaching.
