Shubham is a practicing-chartered accountant based out of Ahmedabad carrying an experience of 8+ years. His qualifications includes Certification in GST, Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection, Concurrent Audit and Corporate Social Responsibility. He is also a member of WIRC Indirect Tax Committee. Before starting his own venture he worked with Economic Laws Practice, Mumbai where he was involved in various assignments for GST implementation, Startup advisiory, Indirect Tax advisory, Compliance health checks, Return reviews and has successfully assisted companies in aligning with their respective indirect tax law requirements. He has handled clients in diverse sectors including Shipping, Diamond manufacturing, Retail, Automobile and Infrastructure sector. Shubham has acted as a mentor of many startups and also help them in strategy and funding. He is a regularly invited as a speaker at seminars organized by the ICAI and various trade bodies. He has delivered many sessions on different topics of Finance, Taxation and Regulatory Changes in News Debates, Colleges and Universities. Apart from his professional life he believes in spreading knowledge and therefore creating content on finance on many social media platforms with a good following.
