Shubham is currently the Chief of Staff at Pilgrim (Beauty and Personal Care) where he helps the CEO with business strategy, revenue growth, investor relations and new initiatives. Previously, Shubham spent about 4 years in B2B SaaS before moving to the consumer side of things wherein he worked in the BizOps team at Fincent (SMB FinTech SaaS) as a consultant and helped with business strategy, streamlining processes and maintaining efficiency with a focus on the company's North Star metric among other things. Shubham has also worked in the Founder's Office at Facilio (Enterprise PropTech SaaS) where he helped with Investor Relations, GTM, Business Strategy & Operations and in the Implementation and Product teams at Eton Solutions, (Enterprise WealthTech SaaS) led the Implementation of a $10B Single Family Office based out of the US and helped the product team develop new accounting and tax modules for their premier software - AtlasFive. On the academic front, Shubham is a qualified CPA (Australia) and holds a MSc in Applied Finance from Singapore Management University (Recipient of the 'Impact in Asia' scholarship) Shubham is an active angel investor since 2022 and is always looking out to invest in exciting ideas. Outside of work, Shubham loves to try out new cuisines and is an avid reader. Shubham is a people's person and is always up for conversations around food and startups.
