As a Senior HR Advisor at Ocean Park Mechanical, I oversee the full cycle of human resources functions, from recruitment & onboarding all the way up to labour relations & off boarding. I collaborate with managers and employees to provide guidance, support, and coaching on various HR matters, such as performance management, compensation, benefits, training, and development. I also manage the HRIS and payroll systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. I have a Post Baccalaureate Diploma in Human Resources Management and Services from Kwantlen Polytechnic University, where I learned the theoretical and practical aspects of HR, such as employment law, labour relations, organizational development, and strategic HR management. I am also a CPHR Candidate, pursuing my professional certification in HR. I am passionate about enhancing my skills and knowledge in HR, and contributing to the success and growth of the organizations I work with.
