Career Transition Roadmap with Shubham Sahoo

Trying to transition into Cloud, DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering but not sure where to start?

This session is designed to help you build a realistic career plan based on your background, experience, and goals. Instead of generic advice, we'll identify the shortest path to your target role and create a roadmap that you can actually follow.

With my experience as a Principle SRE and interviewing engineers across different experience levels, I'll help you understand what companies expect and where you currently stand.

During the session, we'll cover:

• Which role best matches your profile
• Skill gap analysis
• High-level resume review
• A personalized 90-day learning roadmap
• Salary expectations based on your experience
• Companies to target
• Interview preparation timeline
• Next steps to maximize your chances of landing interviews

By the end of the session, you'll leave with a clear action plan instead of guessing what to learn next.
