Ever since graduating the University of Mumbai in 2019, I have focused my professional career and technical learnings on the IBMi. I has had various positions such as AS 400 operator, Technical Analyst and System Engineer. Some of the clients that I have worked with include Bank of Sydney, Comcast, and NBCuniversal. You will be very impressed by my high energy, curiosity and desire to learn and grow technically! •I am an experienced guy with well developed skills in AS400 (IBMi). •Handling Batch job processing, SQL queries, BRMS, HMC, Application fix, Restoration from Backup... and many more since 2019. •Also have worked on REVSOFT(Automation tool) for IBM i. •Experience on IBM Cloud for IBM i environment, VTL(Virtual Tape Library). •PTF activities, OS Upgrade •I am slightly moving to the Development part of AS400, so learning CL400. •Work in Agile environment to design, develop, and maintain multiple web-based applications running on-premises and in the cloud. •Produce high-quality, efficient, work product that is thoroughly tested to be used by the team to setup clients and deploy code •Assist in production deployment of applications (monthly and off cycle software updates) •Install new and update current clients to the cloud-based system by initiating set up on servers and ingesting converted data into the system during multiple phases of the client onboarding process •Execute month end tasks to update systems •Client support, ticket management, and details responses to resolution •System monitoring and issue resolution. •Create process documents for reference library on key functions. •Performs other related duties as assigned.
