We evaluate:

1. How you think about businesses, risk, and downside in an investing context
2. Where your stock discussions or interviews tend to break down
3. Whether your current preparation aligns with real buy-side expectations
4. What you may be over-focusing on vs. what actually matters at this stage

This is a diagnostic conversation, not coaching or interview prep.

You’ll leave with clarity on whether you are ER-ready today — and why or why not.

Pre-requisites: Resume + a brief stock idea summary (1 page max).

Best suited for: Equity Research aspirants, CFA L2+ candidates, or or professionals transitioning from adjacent roles (credit, IB, consulting, etc.)
