Hi! My day to day activities consist of working on customer insights for Springer Nature in India, using Tableau and Excel, making sure all the processes are taking shape with ease. Regular communication with management for updates in department, and innovating new automation processes for ease of work environment. I end my day with a good listening session of blues/rock and roll/jazz—depending on my mood. :)
