Coming from a Tier-3 college, I focused heavily on Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) during my four years in college. That strong foundation helped me land an SDE-2 role at Amazon just 1.5 years after graduation and hold offers from CRED, hotstar, JioCinema. Started my career at fintech startups like Groww and Navi, which gave me valuable industry experience early on. Currently, working as a Senior Software Engineer at JioHotstar.

This journey shows that with a solid grasp of DSA and consistent effort, it's absolutely possible to break into top-tier tech companies—regardless of your any college background.
