I am a first-generation queer graduate with over four years of experience in the software industry. My expertise lies in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I), particularly from the perspective of social minorities. While I do not claim expertise in HR, I have actively participated in policy-making and employee engagement initiatives from a DE&I standpoint during my corporate tenure. My passion is to leverage my experiences to empower social minorities and foster inclusivity in corporate settings.
