Currently working as Senior Manager - HR Analytics at PwC Acceleration Center enabling data led decision making for ~17k employees across PwC AC India. Prior to this, was working as Management Consultant at Accenture Strategy and Consulting.  Previously worked as Engagement Manager in People Advisory Services (PAS) at EY. Also, previously worked as Assistant Manager, Human Resources at Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. in the domain of Organizational Development and L&D. Joined MSIL through campus placement after having completed my PGDM in Human Resources Management (HRM) (2016-18) from MDI, Gurugram. Prior to this, I have completed B.Tech (2012-16) from Delhi Technological University (formerly, Delhi College of Engineering).  I did my Summer Internship, 2017 at Aon Consulting Private Limited, Gurugram for a period of 8 weeks from April'17 - June'17. The title of my project was "Creation of Toolkit for Competency Design Modelling" where I got the opportunity to comprehensively understand the various aspects of Creation and Application of a Competency Framework in an organization. Along with this, the internship provided me an opportunity to be a part of Development Centers conducted by Aon for its prestigious clients as a part of the internship. I have also worked on a Live Project at Aon Consulting Private Limited. The title of the Live Project was "Creation of BARS for Aon Assessment Centre Tools".
