Interview Preparation (for Design Roles)

Interviews can feel intimidating, especially when you are not sure how to talk about your work or what interviewers actually want to hear. In this session, we will go through how to present your portfolio, talk about your process, and respond to common interview questions with confidence.

I have been on both sides of the table. I have taken interviews for leading D2C brands and organisations such as Phool, Two Brothers Organic Farms, and Zomato. Having interviewed several designers, I have gained first-hand knowledge of the kind of questions that are asked and what teams truly look for in a potential candidate. I bring all of that experience to this session, so you can walk in prepared, grounded, and ready to talk about your work with clarity and conviction.

We will also focus on how to communicate not just your process but the story behind your work, what moves you, what drives your ideas, and how to make that come through when you talk about your projects.
