Acing the GMAT requires much more than doing the required legwork and solving 1000s of questions. An effective GMAT prep requires the right direction and focus. Mindless practice with 1000s of questions is akin to practicing playing a cover drive in cricket with 10,000 balls per day in the nets without a break. Mindful practice incorporates a deliberate "learning mindset" that intends to squeeze whatever learnings a question can offer to the maximum. In a way, you only play 2,000 balls per day but take pauses after solving a question, analyze whether your reasoning was correct or incorrect, and make a note of your mistakes deliberately so that you are consciously aware of your thinking patterns. GMAT prep goes beyond the usual prep, involving a mindset shift in our thinking patterns. Having aced the GMAT with a 97th percentile and facing every hurdle that an aspirant faces, my GMAT verbal tutoring is designed to mitigate all those obstacles so that you just focus on prep. Additionally, I give you articles from multiple areas to read along with a framework so that you practice "critical reading" and improve your reading skills. Acing the GMAT verbal section includes being aware of what you know as well as what you do not know. I will handhold (not spoon-feed!) you at every stage of the prep. You will have ample practice during my live sessions, as well as receive curated worksheets and practice sets that will help you provide "mindful practice." So, let's crack the GMAT, together!
