Having been employed in the IT industry for 18 years, I have gained experience in • product documentation, UX design thinking and review, UX writing, usability testing • working with onshore and offshore teams across departments, such as UX, Technical documentation, Localization, Development, QA, Product Management, Operations and Support, Sales and Marketing, Education & Training. • creating and managing a team of technical writers from different locations and cultures. • recruiting, training, mentoring, performance evaluation and business coordination. • maintaining multiple projects and creating associated processes.
