Shubh is a software engineer with a passion for technology. He started coding in his first year of university and has honed his skills through various projects, internships, and leadership roles. His portfolio showcases applications he developed using Java, HTML, CSS, TypeScript, React, Redux, AWS, Express, SQL, and GCP. He has held internships as a Full Stack Developer and AWS Engineer. As the President of UBC's Computer Science Student Society, Shubh advocated for students and led events to enhance the university experience. He was a panellist for the Canadian Undergraduate Software Engineering Conference and has mentored students through Leap Canada and nwHacks. As a Teaching Assistant for the UBC Computer Science department, he is responsible for conducting labs and helping with lectures for a Software Construction course. Shubh has received multiple awards for his academic achievements, including the Trek and Dean of Science scholarships. He has also been on the Science Scholar's List for maintaining a 90%+ average.
