Chemistry Call for The Unstuck Session

This is a short introductory call that helps you in checking mutual chemistry with me and my style, and to get a feel of the space.

The description of the main session (that can be booked via topmate) as follows:

You might be:

• someone who makes things happen, driven, and yet lately your choices don't feel like yours
• able to logically explain everything about yourself, and still can't seem to move ahead in life
• very self-aware, well-read in podcasts and self-help, and still stuck
• pulled between contradictory instincts, unable to land anywhere

My approach:

Seeing the pattern. We slow things down. Through conversation and reflection, I help you notice the patterns in your thinking: the contradictions, the blind spots, the gap between what you feel and what you think you should do. We discover unconscious patterns and hidden motivations that keep running the show.

Beyond the thinking. We treat emotions as signals, not noise, working with a balance of emotion and thinking rather than just thinking your way through life. Your body often registers what your mind is still arguing about.

This is long-term work where there are no easy answers or quick-fix solutions, but rather about building an understanding of your life and discovering things about yourself that you may have kept hidden. This work builds a relationship between your emotions and your body that logic/podcats/books alone can't, so you can understand yourself better and live a more aligned life. I work with well-functioning individuals but still find themselves confused/stuck.

P.S: In these sessions I bring an eclectic mix of coaching, body oriented awareness, philosophical and psychological concepts. These sessions are spaces to understand yourself more profoundly.
