About me
Over the years, I’ve worked with 60+ startups and growing companies, helping them solve talent problems, build teams, and hire the right people across different functions and industries. Working on the hiring side has given me a perspective that most candidates don’t get to see: what actually makes a recruiter shortlist someone, what makes a profile disappear in the applicant pool, and what separates a good candidate from a great one.
Today, I use that experience to help candidates navigate the other side of the hiring process.
Through Shruti Recruits, I work with professionals on everything from CVs and LinkedIn profiles to interview preparation, job-search strategy, salary negotiation, and career decisions.
