About me

Seeking therapy is not easy. Asking for help can make us feel vulnerable. Yet choosing to seek professional support is a strong and meaningful step toward understanding yourself better. Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally tired, or unheard in their personal or work lives. Sometimes all we want is to be seen, understood, or comforted. If you have been carrying this burden alone for a long time, therapy can be a space to share it and begin making things feel more manageable. I am a Clinical Psychologist and I offer a structured, empathetic, and non-judgemental space. My intention is to support you while helping you understand your emotions and patterns at your own pace. I may not have all the answers immediately, but I aim to be a consistent and safe presence through this process. My approach is eclectic, drawing from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness-based therapy, and Supportive therapy. We work on identifying unhelpful thought patterns, learning to respond to emotions with more awareness, and building calm, clarity, and emotional balance. Outside of work, I enjoy watching old sitcoms like FRIENDS, How I Met Your Mother, or Brooklyn 99, listening to old Hindi music, and reading fiction, which help me slow down and stay grounded.
