I worked at PwC as a Chartered Accountant before starting ContentNinja, a tech marketing agency that I bootstrapped to 50 people and ~$1.5mn in ARR for ~7 years. I took some time off to take a socially-approved break and finished my MBA at INSEAD (23J). As a startup operator, I excelled at juggling multiple priorities (especially when most of them were on fire!), communicating with empathy and pragmatism, and getting my hands dirty to solve problems. In my last role, I implemented a CRM to bring structure and visibility into our sales and marketing as we scaled, built strategic partnerships that added millions to our sales pipeline, constantly stressed about cash in our bank, and laid the foundation of a culture that could attract and retain top talent (we're rated 4.9 on Glassdoor). Most importantly, I failed fast and learned continuously. I am entrepreneurial and analytical, and have excellent project management and communication skills.
