SDE Career Switch Strategy Session with Shriya Balgotra

Planning your next job switch but unsure what to prioritize?

Having navigated multiple job switches myself and experienced interviews as both a candidate and an interviewer, I can help you think through your preparation and career strategy.

WE'LL DISCUSS

1. Your current experience and target roles
2. Identifying gaps in DSA, system design and core CS
3. Creating a realistic interview-preparation roadmap
4. Resume positioning and interview readiness
5. Prioritizing preparation around your available time
6. Planning your next steps with clarity

This session is tailored to your goals and circumstances. It isn't a placement service or a guarantee of an offer.
