I have a PG Diploma in Integrated Counselling from Madras School of Social Work and a Masters in Psychology with a specialisation in Counselling. I have studied and practiced with TA, CBT, Gestalt, and other counselling modalities. I lean towards an eclectic and client-centered approach. I work under regular supervision and I have completed over 430+ client hours as a Therapist.
