Job Interview prep & tips with Shrinivas Shinde

This session focuses on helping you prepare strategically for design interviews, without overwhelm.

We’ll work on structuring your answers, framing your projects, improving clarity, and understanding what different interviewers (design managers, PMs, engineers) expect.

You’ll get practical tips, common patterns, and mental models that make your responses more confident and well-structured.

I also share my own tested insights from preparing for high-stakes interviews at Apptio and IBM.
