Shrinidhi is a Counselling Psychologist with a Master's degree in Applied Psychology from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. She has experience of providing counselling and therapy for 1200+ hours and has worked extensively with adults, couples, and families in different clinical and non-clinical settings including Hospitals, Family courts, NGOs etc. She has prior experience in corporate counselling, training and awareness generation in Employee Assistance Program (EAP). She has worked in program design and management for community mental health, disability inclusion, gender justice, Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), and workplace mental health. Shrinidhi has a strong work ethic, is conscientious, dedicated, and passionate about the profession.
