- His process of writing notes and sharing it is excellent. Seeing him write it down live made it stick in my mind for a longer time, and getting the notes later on was super helpful. It saved my time and allowed me to write additional notes/questions based on what he had written down.
- He was also able to identify why I felt a certain way about an issue and suggested ways through which I could work on it.
