Hi, I'm Shrija — a Software Engineer at EPAM, Hyderabad, with 1 year of industry experience. I help engineering students understand what they should focus on at different stages of college — from building the right foundation in 1st year to preparing for internships and placements in 3rd and 4th year. 🎓 For Freshers / 1st Year: • What skills to start with • How to choose between DSA & Development • Project roadmap • Internship preparation • 4-year career roadmap 💻 For 3rd & 4th Year: • Placement preparation • DSA & technical preparation • Resume & LinkedIn • Projects & internships • Interview preparation • Off-campus job strategy My goal is to help you replace confusion with a clear, practical action plan. You bring your current situation and questions — we'll figure out what you should focus on next.
