I began my career 5 years ago, with a Government of India intelligence agency, where I worked on critical assignments involving data analysis, satellite communication (SatCom) analysis, and image intelligence. My role focused on generating insights and preparing reports based on actionable intelligence that supported national decision-making. I also engaged in social engineering techniques to understand behavioral patterns and communication dynamics. Participating regularly in meetings sharpened my public speaking skills, laying a strong foundation for my future work in policy and stakeholder engagement. After three formative years in this high-impact environment, I moved into the Ministry of Civil Aviation (MoCA), where I worked in the Agreements Division, focusing on Bilateral Air Services Agreements (BASAs), designation of airlines, and detailed analysis of international aviation treaties and regulatory frameworks. Currently, I serve as Manager – Regulatory Affairs at Akasa Air, where I handle the analysis of ASAs, respond to regulatory and policy queries from MoCA and DGCA, manage traffic rights applications, and ensure internal alignment with evolving aviation policies and legislation. I have recently been selected for the Executive Programme in Public Policy and Management at IIM Calcutta. Beyond the cockpit of aviation and policy, I was a UPSC CDS aspirant too, having cleared the CDS exam twice and reached the SSB conference round, I also mentor aspirants for UPSC CDS, help professionals build ATS-friendly resumes tailored for policy/government roles, and offer guided mandala drawing sessions that blend art, mindfulness, and mental clarity.
