Shreyansh is currently working as a Product Manager in the Retail Liabilities vertical at IDFC First Bank. He has joined the Banking sector after his MBA with the aim to increase the penetration of financial products in the country. He is passionate about creating products that are customer-centric and driven by technology. He believes that Banks have the social responsibility to create products that cater to all the strata of society. He has prior experience in a project management role, where he managed PNG projects, which were aligned with GOI’s aim of being a gas-based economy by 2025. He worked at Adani for 3 years before joining the MBA program at IIM Kashipur. He has been an active member of student-run clubs in PG and UG. His go-getter attitude along with his passion to improve on a continuous basis has been the key driver in his professional life. He is following the FinTech space very closely and wishes to work in this domain in the future. The tech-driven play along with product innovation that can impact the lives of billions of people excites him the most.
