I am a driven, passionate, ever-growing, ever-learning woman, with an MEM from Duke University and MBA from BITS Pilani, and more than five years of work experience in the largest IT organization in India, Tata Consultancy Services, leading their Online Reputation Management at the global level, managing global crises and escalations, strategizing for effective community management & engagement, managing internal & external stakeholders, leading cross-functional teams and process improvement initiatives, working as a Presales Consultant on RFPs and RFQs, and a Project Manager & SAP Functional Consultant. I am a reader, a writer who published her first book, a collection of poetries in 2022. My after work/school hours are dedicated to learning new things, be it pottery, graphology or hula hooping.
