What I appreciated most is that she didn’t just tell me how she landed internships at Goldman Sachs or worked as an analyst at JP Morgan. she went beyond that, after sharing her experience and explaining what steps I could take to follow a similar path, we created a personalized action plan together. We scheduled future sessions specifically to work on the skills I’m currently missing, like financial modeling, which is essential for a career in investment banking. She also offered to support me every step of the way until I’m able to master these skills on my own.

Shreya is a Chartered Accountant (AIR 43 in Final), a CFA Charter holder and has completed her MBA from IIM Kozhikode. She has worked in Goldman Sachs (Investment Banking) and JP Morgan (Equity Research). She completed her articleship from KPMG in Audit.
