As a Technical Recruiting Lead at Thomson Reuters, I have over nine years of experience in building and scaling global technical product teams. I am passionate about creating genuine and authentic candidate experiences and fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion in the workplace. In my current role, I collaborate with product teams across North America to hire great product talent for the world's leading provider of news and information-based tools to professionals. I use technology, social media, and talent pipelines to attract, source, and recruit diverse technical talent for direct-hire roles.
