I’m a creative professional with a diverse background in content creation, marketing, education, and leadership and I have done it across three different continents. 📲✏️ 📚I hold a Master’s degree in Creative Writing from the University of Exeter. My academic journey also includes a Bachelor’s in English and Sociology from Maitreyi College, University of Delhi. My experience in education also includes completing a TESOL/TEFL certification, which equipped me to work with young learners and adult professionals alike. 🫱🏼‍🫲🏽 I was actively involved in cultural and leadership roles throughout my time at University, including serving as General Secretary of the careers team and the President of a Journalism Cell, a Filmmaking Society, and the Vice President of the postgraduate association. Overall, I’ve managed multiple teams with over 50 members each and delivered impressive results. 👩🏻‍💻In addition to my academic background, I’ve worked across industries in roles ranging from Marketing Coordinator in the Real Estate sector to CX Associate for a luxury retail chain. I’ve developed expertise in social media, copywriting, and outreach. I have also worked in education via consulting online and assisting SEN students in classroom. 👩🏻‍🎨 I co-founded Economopedia, an online venture that simplifies economic concepts for the general public and grew an instagram following from 0-2,000 organically over 3 months. I am currently doing a similar project on Instagram (@vowofthewind) to talk about books and reading for leisure by reviewing books, sourcing them from local bookstores and posting well-edited pictures. 🎭 I’m keen to promote the arts and participate in them. I have directed and produced a student film, worked as a stage manager for a sold-out show at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, and written a few critical reviews for entertainment websites. 🌐 I’m passionate about higher education consulting, creative writing, social media, and helping people tell their stories authentically and engagingly.
