A Counselling Psychologist with an experience of 4+ working with different populations, possessing a proficient academic background. I believe in wearing multiple hats- that of a school counsellor, trainer, researcher, part-time writer, parenting coach. While reocgnising the need to adopt an eclectic approach to therapy, I have an inclination for and possess a training experience in REBT with Children from Albert Ellis Institute New York ATC, Child Development and have received UGC-NET certification for Assistant Professorship. The ultimate endeavour is to increase awareness and access to mental health resources by reaching out to the masses and transforming the way people view mental health needs. I believe in viewing individuals as People and not Patients, concordant with my goal of bringing about positive mental health by catering to the diverse needs and strengths of people.
