I can genuinely say that my conversation with Shreya was one of the best mentorship conversations I have had on Topmate so far. What stood out to me most was not only her knowledge, but also the patience, empathy, and genuine willingness with which she listened to my journey. I have a long career gap and am currently transitioning from teaching Mathematics into software engineering, so explaining my background and finding the right direction has not always been easy. Shreya took the time to understand my situation without judging it and gave me practical, thoughtful suggestions on how I can improve my approach and increase my chances of getting interview calls. The conversation never felt rushed or transactional. She listened carefully, understood the challenges I am facing, and gave suggestions that were actually relevant to my situation rather than generic career advice. I came out of the conversation with much more clarity about what I should focus on and how I should approach my job search going forward. What I appreciated even more was her kindness and professionalism. Even when I faced an unexpected internet issue during our originally scheduled session, she was patient and gracious enough to accommodate a reschedule. That gesture itself said a lot about the kind of person she is. People who are knowledgeable are easy to find, but people who combine knowledge with empathy, patience, humility, and a genuine desire to help someone move forward are much rarer. Shreya is definitely one of them. I would strongly encourage anyone who is struggling with their job search, career direction, interview calls, or simply needs practical guidance from someone who genuinely listens to connect with Shreya and have a conversation with her. Sometimes one meaningful conversation can give you more clarity than weeks of trying to figure everything out alone, and my conversation with Shreya was exactly that kind of experience. I sincerely hope more people get the opportunity to connect with her and benefit from her guidance. She genuinely gives her time, listens to your individual situation, and provides suggestions that you can actually act upon. Thank you so much, Shreya, for your time, patience, guidance, and encouragement. I am genuinely grateful for our conversation. Wishing you continued success, good health, happiness, and many more achievements and milestones ahead. You deserve all the appreciation for the positive impact you are creating. 🙏
