9+ years of analytics and data science experience primarily in fintech, lending and credit cards space. 6+ years of hiring and managing a diverse set of data professionals (data analysts, data scientists, data engineers) across multiple levels and geographies. I have worked with early stage startups to big banks in the US market. My focus has been credit risk analytics and building data driven growth strategies. My work is at the intersection of strategic leadership, business and technical expertise. My journey: My foray into the world of analytics and fintech was a happy accident. I started my career in India a decade ago when people gave me confused looks when I told them I worked in data analytics. I was lucky to find great mentors, intelligent peers and trusting managers to help me grow and chart my way in this space.
