Currently working as Branch Manager in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. I am responsible for expanding the business of the branch in both Deposits and Advances, improving profitability and reducing the stressed assets of my branch. Serving in the rural area I am also ensuring implementation of various Government schemes related to Financial Inclusion. I lead a team of 10 members and ensure customer satisfaction. Prior to this I have worked as Deputy Manager, Advances in the Administrative Office in Delhi Region and was responsible for managing and coordinating with the Relationship Managers for SME business in North and West Delhi. Experienced in handling retail advances, general banking, day to day Branch Operations, digital products etc.
