Hello Folks I am Shreya Karlekar, a counselling Psychologist with an experience of 2+ years in the field of Mental health. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and have worked as a Special Educator with children with or at risk of Specific Learning disorderds for 1.3 years. Building the therapuetic relationship that embodies compassion, warmth and empathy and utilizes eclectic approach ( intergation of various therapeutic modalities) along with Rogerian prinicples acts as the foundation to my practice. I have an experience of working with wide range of issues like anxiety, mood related concerns, relationship concerns, burnout, career or work related stress, familial issues, grief and loss, personal growth and well- being. Along with this, I enjoy incorporating Art Based Therapy techniques, Play Therapy techniques, being trauma informed considering the need of the client.
