I have been a professional junior athlete and have worked in both non-profits and businesses. However, my favourite thing in the world is to facilitate people to become the best version of themselves and live a truly joyful, exuberant life. I’m a student of Arhatic Yoga and like to use it’s teachings and tools in my day to day life.
