Hi, I’m Shrestha! Currently a Senior HR Manager at Tata Steel, I started my career in tech at Infosys and worked as a Senior Software Developer. After 3 years, I moved on to pursue an MBA in HR from IIM Ranchi (Batch of 2021-23). I received a Pre-Placement Offer from Tata Steel and within 2 years of joining, I earned a fast-track promotion in my current role.
