I am Shreeya Kajaria, a 2nd year//4th semester law student at Jindal Global Law School, O.P. Jindal Global University. My prime interests lie in Company Law, Taxation Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, Capital Markets and Real estate Law among other things. While I’m yet to explore a lot of it, I’m on an endeavour of making the most of what I have and experiencing everything that comes along the way. Along side my legal interests, I am also an avid reader, a swimmer, a finance and investing enthusiast, a graphic designer and an experienced writer. I hold more than 2 years of experience in writing, 7 years in swimming and a year’s experience of graphic designing.
