Hey! I'm a UX Researcher with 5 years of experience in the industry, currently working at Novartis in the healthcare and MarTech space. My background spans both UI and UX Design, and over the years I've grown into someone who genuinely loves the full picture from user research and design to understanding the business and functional side of things. Outside of my day job, I've spent about a year mentoring students at UX bootcamps across India, working with cohorts of around 30 people from diverse backgrounds.
