As a BBA (Hons.) graduate from Christ University and currently working as a US Payroll Specialist, I've walked the path from student to professional—and I know exactly where the bumps are. During my time as Team Lead at the Centre for Academic and Professional Support (CAPS), I had the privilege of leading one of the largest student-led initiatives on campus. Through 150+ one-on-one sessions, I've helped students navigate everything from resume building to interview anxiety, always with a healthy dose of encouragement and zero corporate jargon.
