In my career, I've been a catalyst for positive change, having played key roles in Purple Finance, High-Radius, KIIT, IMFA, and Tech Mahindra. My expertise lies in People Management, Analytics, Leadership Training, and Change Management. I hold a PhD in Organizational Behavior & HR, an MBA in HR, LLM & LLB, and a B.A in Economics & Psychology. This knowledge will help me in the transformational journey of this organization. I've facilitated over 8000 hours in leadership and behavioral education, conducted 1000+ hours of coaching in Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Theatre Therapy, and provided career counseling for 5000+ students.
