Sessions will depend on the severity of the trauma or stressor.

First session will include history taking as well as discussion regarding the emotional or mental turbulence. After first session a few things will be described to the client regarding the life changes that are needed and how to handle the emotional turbulence.

Sessions will be held weekly which would gradually increase to two weeks and so on.

Before every session the payment is required to confirm the appointment of the client.

Mode of payment should be done via UPI ID or Debit/Credit Card respectively.
