Hi, I’m Shraddha. I currently work as an Associate Product Manager (Data) at Cytiva. I started my career in sales, then transitioned into data and analytics, and eventually moved into product management. Through this journey, I’ve worked on data systems, KPIs, reporting, and product workflows, which shaped my understanding of how data and product come together in real-world scenarios. Having navigated these transitions myself, I understand the challenges of switching roles and growing into new domains.
