I aspire to become a successful entrepreneur :) Hi, I'm Shoaiba! I'm 23 years old and I'm from Bulandshahr, UP. I completed my graduation in Mathematics Honours from Delhi University in 2020. Currently, I work as a Business Development Manager at BYJU'S and have more than two years of experience in sales. I've been featured on BYJU'S channel and blogs several times, and I'm a top performing sales person. "I became the first female manager in the UP region of BYJU'S, and I look forward to achieving many more milestones." I'm always open to learning and unlearning outdated practices and moving on to more advanced procedures. During college, I was very active and held several leadership positions such as Vice President of the Placement Cell, President of the Environment Club, Production Team Member of Film Club, Core Member of Leaders for Tomorrow, Marketing Team Member of Achievement Cell, and Core Member of Student Union. I have conducted several events such as seminars, workshops, job/internship fairs, campus drives, and interview events. I have even raised up to 2 lakhs+ revenue for the Placement Cell and the Annual festival of the college. I completed many internships in various domains such as Human Resources, Marketing, Public Relations, Sales, etc. Additionally, I have been a part of Helpage India as a summer research intern, wherein I worked on an International Project. I have earned up to Rs. 3 Lakhs in my college life by doing internships, projects, and teaching. Moreover, I have always been a social worker and have started a small community helping job seekers find jobs, assisting students in finding internships and courses. I am also a part of the Covid-19 Free Jobs Forum, where we're helping job seekers and job givers, and the initiative has been covered by Punjab Kesari, Indian Express, YourStory. I have been featured on Eat My News as a student leader and Humans of Maitreyi. I have volunteered in many events and participated in several competitions. I was even nominated for the Rex Karmanveer Global Young Leaders Fellowship & Karmveer Chakra Awards 2019 instituted by ICONGO and the United Nations. In 2020, I was awarded "Student of the year" at Delhi University. If I had to summarise myself, I am a multi-tasker, who has accomplished many things during college while excelling in academics.
