I believe the best way to understand technology is to build something that solves a real problem. I'm Shlok Singh, a Computer Science and Engineering student specializing in IoT, with a passion for full-stack development, artificial intelligence, and building impactful products. My journey has taken me from developing AI-powered assistive technology and IoT systems to reaching the Smart India Hackathon Grand Finale twice, in 2024 and 2025. Beyond coding, I serve as President of the SIGNODES Robotics Club, where I've helped organize technical workshops and create opportunities for students to explore technology, collaborate, and turn ideas into projects. I'm particularly interested in the journey behind the results: choosing the right tech stack, learning by building, navigating hackathons, improving resumes, and preparing for software engineering opportunities. I'm still learning, experimenting, and building my own path in tech. Through Topmate, I want to share practical insights from my experiences and help other students make smarter decisions, avoid common mistakes, and turn their curiosity into meaningful progress.
