I am an Indian woman with a computer engineering background who moved from India to Europe - and built a career across 12 European countries in 8 years without speaking the local language.
I started in IT services in India, transitioned to a product company, then moved to France to complete my Masters in Data Science, Big Data and AI. I have since worked at two of the world's largest tech companies, managing business across Western Europe in a Leadership customer-facing role.
What makes my advice different: I have been on both sides — as a non-EU professional navigating the European job market myself and as someone managing business across 12 EU countries who understands what European hiring actually looks like from the inside.
